Commission rates, durations, and caps may be changed by Ark Solutions at any time without notice.

Ark Solutions may terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Pending commissions are forfeited upon termination for breach.

Commissions are only payable on genuine new customers. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and any form of fraud will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earned and pending commissions.

Commissions will be withheld or reversed if a referred customer requests a refund, initiates a chargeback, or cancels their subscription within 30 days of payment.

This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

Ark Solutions may modify these terms unilaterally at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Commissions are paid by bank transfer only. Any bank charges, wire transfer fees, or intermediary fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving affiliate. Affiliates are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or reporting obligations in their jurisdiction.

Commission rates, payout amounts, and all program terms are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party.

Participation in the Ark Vision Partner Program does not guarantee any earnings. Ark Solutions makes no representation as to the volume, value, or continuity of referral income.

Ark Solutions may suspend or discontinue the program at any time. Commissions that have been earned and confirmed will be honoured; pending commissions under review may be cancelled.

Affiliates consent to the processing of their personal data (including name, email address, bank details, and referral activity) in accordance with the Ark Solutions Privacy Policy available at arkvision.arksolutionsglobal.com/privacy.

Affiliates may not use the Ark Solutions name, logo, trademarks, or any other brand assets without prior written approval. Affiliates are solely responsible for any claims, misrepresentations, or damages arising from their own promotional activities.
