Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: August 1, 2026

Ark Solutions FZE ("Ark Vision," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring that its platform at arkvision.arksolutionsglobal.com is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the experience for all users and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.

1. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Our target standard is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In the European Union this is the level referenced by EN 301 549, the harmonised European standard for ICT accessibility that underpins the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA so that the same work supports both the international guidelines and the European framework.

Ark Vision is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We treat any gaps we identify as issues to be fixed, and we are actively working toward full conformance.

2. Measures We Take

To work toward accessibility, Ark Vision:

  • Designs for sufficient colour contrast so text remains readable.
  • Carries out accessibility checks during development to help identify common issues.
  • Builds with standards-based markup to support assistive technologies such as screen readers.
  • Aims to make interactive elements keyboard-accessible, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Offers light and dark display modes, right-to-left layouts, and an interface available in multiple languages.
  • Considers accessibility during design and review as an ongoing part of our work.

3. Compatibility

Ark Vision is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers — Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari — used together with current assistive technologies, including screen readers. Using the most recent browser and assistive-technology versions gives the best experience.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. In particular:

  • Certain third-party or embedded content (for example, external widgets or media) may not be fully under our control.
  • User-generated content — such as documents and images uploaded by customers to their own workspaces — may not always meet accessibility guidelines.

Where we identify a barrier in our own interface, we prioritise fixing it. If you encounter a limitation not listed here, please let us know using the details below.

5. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Ark Vision. If you experience any difficulty using the platform, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

Email: info@arksolutionsglobal.com — please use the subject line "Accessibility Issue"

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days. Please include the page or feature involved and a description of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

6. Assessment Approach

Ark Vision assesses the accessibility of its platform through self-evaluation, including accessibility checks carried out during development. We review this statement periodically and update it as the platform evolves.

This accessibility statement is maintained in English.
